The following Buffet Menus are $35 per person (for weddings that are not getting dessert $30 per person)
Menus include the following: House Salad, Bread Service, Chef Selection of starch and vegetables, Assorted Homemade desserts.

Baked Ziti with Fresh Mozzarella and Fresh Basil (Chicken Optional)

Pork Tenderloin with Apples and Caramelized onions
Chicken Scaloppini – Sherry cream sauce, Marsala or white wine tomato sauce
Baked Chicken stuffed with ham and Swiss
Oven Roasted Free Range chicken with rosemary and garlic
Beef Tips with wild mushrooms and red wine demi glaze
Pesto Crusted Salmon
8 Oz Roasted Pork Chop
4 Oz Filet (Additional $5 per person)
