The following Buffet Menus are $40 per person (for weddings that are not getting dessert $35 per person)

Menus include the following: One Appetizer, House Salad, Bread Service, Two Entrees, Chef Selection of starch and vegetables, Assorted Homemade desserts.

Shrimp & Crab Pasta with Pesto Cream
Baked Ziti with Fresh Mozzarella and Fresh Basil (Chicken Optional)
Pecan Fried Chicken
Slow Smoked Beef Brisket
Pork Tenderloin with Apples and Caramelized onions
Chicken Scaloppini – Sherry cream sauce, Marsala or white wine tomato sauce
Baked Chicken stuffed with ham and Swiss
Oven Roasted Free Range chicken with rosemary and garlic
Beef Tips with wild mushrooms and red wine demi glaze
Pesto Crusted Salmon
Shrimp & Grits with Spicy Tomato Pepper Sauce
Baked Chicken Stuffed with Herb Garlic Butter
Smoked Pork Loin with Sundried Tomato & Dijon Herb Sauce
6 Oz Roasted Pork Chop
4 Oz Filet (Additional $5 per person)
Seasonal Wild Caught Fish

Italian – Caesar Salad, Chicken Picata, Italian Sausage and Peppers, Cheese Tortellini, Mushroom Risotto, Vegetable Medley, Garlic Herb Bread

Old South – Broccoli Slaw, Pecan Fried Chicken, Veal Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Fried Okra or Green Beans, Fried Green Tomatoes with Crawfish Mayo, Housemade Biscuits or Spoon Bread

BBQ – Slaw, Sweet Potato Salad or Grilled Corn on the Cob, Pulled BBQ Pork with buns, Sticky Chicken Thighs (lemon honey thyme), Beef Brisket or Smoked Chicken, collard greens, Spoon Bread
*Smoked Baby Suckling Pig (Additional Fee - $250) 

Grill Out – Mixed Green Salad, All Beef Sliders with various toppings, Hot Dogs or Brats, French Fries, Onion Rings, Buns, This meal is served with Burge Organic Housemade Ketchup

Tex Mex – Black Bean Dip and Fried Plantains, Marinated Flank Steak Mole, Cilantro Lime Chicken, Chips and Housemade Salsa, Spanish Rice, Guacamole and various toppings, Flour Tortillas

~ If you have less than 50 guests you need to either choose from the plated menu or you will need to pay for a minimum of 50 guests to select from the buffet or banquet menus.
 ~ Plated Meals ~ Start at $45 per person (see seated menu for other menu options)

Champagne Service - Served in Champagne Glasses *Client provides champagne $1 per person
Coffee Station - Regular & Decaf Coffee, Shaved Chocolate, Whipped Cream, Mints $1.75 per person
