Banquet Menu:

(Minimum of 50 guest)



Burge is proud to offer the finest in both cuisine and staff to help make your event a memorable one. Chef Andrew Featherstone has over 20 years experience in weddings and fine dining. He uses only the freshest ingredients in his preparation. When possible chef Andrew uses many items from our own certified organic garden. Which are also used by some of Atlanta’s best restaurants. Please understand that the following menus are merely suggestions and a guideline.



We also have plated menus available upon request. Chef Andrew can work with you to make something especially for your event. You will find four menus, attached. Once you have looked over each of them highlight what you would like. We will arrange a meeting with Chef Andrew to go over any questions and to help balance your menu. You will find everything is priced per person so you can customize your menu as you wish.



An example menu would be 3 items from the hot appetizers, 3 items from the cold appetizers, 2 displays and a carving station.
